• Remove the device battery at night when not in use.
• Use proper drying aids – soft clean and dry cloths are best. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents when cleaning.
• Keep your device out of reach from children and animals.
• Ensure to handle sprays and cosmetics with care – sprays can clog components of your hearing aid.
• Ask us to do regular maintenance checks and tests on your device to keep it functioning optimally.
• When transporting your device, carry it in its protective case.
• Avoid dirt and moisture build-up as much as possible.
